VACE+ offers a vision insurance plan through Northeast Delta Dental. Known as DeltaVision, this plan provides Chamber Members’ employees with routine eye exams and a generous allowance towards materials that refreshes every year. DeltaVision utilizes the nationwide EyeMed Access network that includes private practitioners and the most popular retail and online retail locations.

Although VACE+ members can see any optometrist they wish, they’ll get the best value from their plan when they use the EyeMed Access Network which includes both private practitioners and the most popular retail and online retail locations. The VACE+ vision plan offers the richest plan design available in the market.

How to Enroll

Vision insurance can begin on the 1st of the next month following receipt of the completed paperwork
Chamber Members sponsoring the VACE+ vision plan need to complete the VACE+ Joinder Form
All employees electing vision insurance must complete the Vision Enrollment Form
After all enrollment forms have been collected, add up the total monthly premium based on the type of coverage selected (e.g. single, couple, family)
Issue a check payable to DeltaVision for the first month’s premium and mail it to:

Email the completed Joinder and enrollment forms to vacebenefits@vtchamber.com
After your group is established, DeltaVision will email you with your group number, plan documents and information needed to register for the Group Admin Portal and eBilling.
