Worksite Benefits

VACEplus is happy to announce we have added more benefits to our exclusive Insurance Program. Beginning immediately, we have partnered with csOne, a NH-based enrollment firm, and Colonial Life to bring Worksite Benefits to Chamber Members.

Worksite Benefits provide flexibility, affordability, and added protection for employees, while giving Chamber Members a valuable tool for enhancing their benefits package and strengthening their workforce. These products must be offered by a Chamber Member but are be paid for (either fully or partially) by an employee through payroll deduction.

All plans are portable, which means employees can keep their benefits in force even if they leave the workplace. Additionally, the premiums are fixed and do not increase every year like other traditional employee benefits.

How It Works

Employees can choose the benefits that best suit their individual needs and circumstances. Colonial Life offers variety of different benefit levels and options to choose from so premiums will vary from one employee to another. That’s where csOne comes in! Enrollment agents will meet individually (via phone or virtual meeting) to understand the employee’s needs and calculate their monthly premium. After employee meetings have wrapped up, csOne will send a report of payroll deductions to the employer.
